Freud & Ecstasy selected for 2025 Stowe Story Labs Producers' Lab

Freud & Ecstasy is proud to announce our participation in the 2025 Stowe Story Labs Producers' Lab with our feature film project Devil’s Instrument.

Held annually in Vermont, the Producers' Lab is a highly selective, intensive program designed for emerging producers. The lab provides direct access to top industry professionals and fosters deep project development through workshops, mentor consultations, and collaborative peer sessions.

Participation in this year’s lab marks an exciting milestone for Freud & Ecstasy as we continue to expand our slate of international co-productions and champion daring, character-driven stories.

Devil’s Instrument, our selected project, was workshopped over four days of intensive development focused on refining its creative vision, sharpening its market strategy, and mapping a clear path to production.

The Stowe Story Labs have long been recognized for nurturing emerging voices in independent cinema. We are honored to be in the company of such an inspiring network of producers and mentors and look forward to carrying this momentum into the next phase of development.
